To reduce delivery times, help reduce outside process steps in the supply stream, and ensure every shipment is of the highest quality, we conduct a variety of in-house testing.
We can perform the following tests on material we produce or convert:
- Metallographic examination
- Spark OES elemental testing
- Oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen through inert gas fusion
- Carbon combustion analyzation
- 33,000 lbs. load cell tensile testing
- Hardness testing
- Eddy current inspection
- Real-time digital x-ray
