Purchase Order Terms and Conditions | G&S Bar And Wire

By accepting this PO, the supplier agrees to all terms and conditions listed here.

  1. All applicable certificates to be sent with each shipment.
  2. Supplier acknowledges G&S's right of access to its facilities, product, and/or related quality records at any time, by G&S, its customer, or regulatory authorities in order to verify quality of products or work. Right of access may be limited to only those records and product applicable to G&S’s products or contracts.
  3. All purchasing requirements shall be flowed down to sub-tier suppliers or subcontractors.
  4. Supplier to notify G&S immediately of unexpected anomalies, nonconformances, changes in product and/or process, changes of vendors/suppliers, and/or changes of manufacturing facility location. G&S reserves the right to approve such changes or incidents before work is allowed to proceed.
  5. Supplier acknowledges it shall apply suitable corrective action when presented with G&S complaints or nonconformance reports.
  6. Records pertaining to the manufacture, inspection and test of G&S’s products shall be retained for a minimum of Ten (10) years.
  7. G&S's suppliers are a critical part of our success. To supply top quality products and services responsibly, we understand and expect that our suppliers will have an internal code of ethics and business conduct, and will maintain compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your operation of business.
  8. Quality Management System Requirements: (These only apply when noted on the Purchase Order).
    1. ITAR Sensitive material when this clause is noted.
    2. ISO 9001 Current Revision when this clause is noted.
    3. AS9100 Current Revision when this clause is noted.
  9. Counterfeit Parts Prevention: Supplier must use OEM or certified suppliers approved by OEM’s to furnish parts to G&S when this clause is noted.
  10. Supplier is responsible for ensuring that their employees are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity and product safety as well as the importance of ethical behavior.
  11. Supplier must, upon request, provide test specimens for inspection/verification, investigation or auditing purposes.
